Healing To You was created in honor of Yoshiko Sukigawa, a fiercely brave and dedicated woman who suffered horrific abuse during her marriage. She managed to leave him and support her three young children on her own. Our founder grew up especially close with her O'Bachan, who successfully shielded her from the abuse of the past. While Yoshiko couldn't prevent her children's exposure to trauma, she broke free with all the odds against her, and helped our founder to stop the generational cycle of violence. We love you O'Bachan.
We are the only provider of its kind in California. Take a look at some of our services designed to fill in gaps of accessible and comprehensive health care for marginalized and underserved populations.
We are a Southern California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides medical and mental health services for the whole family with specialty services for those impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault. Our mobile health care services include Covid-19 testing and vaccines, adult and pediatric health care, mental health support, developmental screenings and infant massage.
Our goal is to close the gap in access to healthcare services to promote well being and heal the impact of trauma. Healing To You envisions a future free of violence in the home for children and adults to be able to thrive in life.
